SeaBass in Coconut Milk & Cilantro Sauce

Image

I was looking for a fish recipe for Shabbat lunch and started googling a recipe with key words of ingredients I had home. Found several recipes that I combined to make this dish. Very easy and what an amazing flavor!

2 Sea Bass thick fillets, cut in chunks

1 bunch of cilantro (leave some sprigs for garnish)

3 garlic gloves

1 can of Coconut Milk

1 teaspoon of ground ginger

1 teaspoon of Garam Masala

Olive Oil

Salt to taste

Pre-heat the oven in broil. Put the fish in a cooking dish and sprinkle salt and olive oil, and put it in the oven, so it roasts a bit.

Meanwhile, put the rest of the ingredients in a food processor and blend together. Taste and adjust salt if needed. Heat this sauce in a saucepan for 10 minutes, until it reduces a bit. Throw the sauce on top of the fish and let it cook 15 more minutes in the oven. The fish will melt in your mouth like butter 🙂
