Cannellini Bean Dip


  • 1 can of Cannellini beans, drained (reserve 2 tbsp of liquid)
  • 1 garlic glove
  • ¼ cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon juice (meyer lemon)
  • 1 tsp. Fresh thyme
  • salt & cayenne pepper to taste
  • Put all ingredients in a food processor until it becomes a smooth blend. Adjust salt if needed


Dip de frijoles blancos

  • 1 lata de frijoles blancos (cannellini), drenados (separa 2 cucharadas del liquido)
  • 1 diente de Ajo
  • ¼ taza de aceite de olivo extra virgen
  • 1 cucharada de jugo de limón amarillo
  • 1 cucharadita de tomillo fresco
  • sal y pimienta cayena al gusto
